Zumba®,

Zumba® Gold, and Zumba® (Retro)

Zumba® is a dance based fitness program. It is non-verbal, so I won't tell you what to do! As long as you are moving, you are doing it!!!


Zumba® Gold is a lower impact option of Zumba®. Designed to reduce the impact on your joints, so you can move at pace that works for you.


Zumba® (Retro) is regular Zumba®, just playing the "oldies" from the last 10 years of classes! I am bringing back the favourites from 2010 onwards.

Bootcamp and Tabata

Bootcamp is a high intensity program that uses a variety of equipment to help you burn those calories. Equipment is not necessary (as we are at home, we don't always have gym equipment). There are options given for every exercise, so you don't have to worry that it will be too hard. You can do it!


Tabata is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program where you give YOUR level of 100% during the timed round and you get short rests. Don't worry, you got this!

Wild About Weights

Wild About Weights is a strength class where we use hand held weights, or kettlebells (if you have any), or possibly bodyweight.


This class is not a cardio based program.


The focus is on muscle building.

Stretch The

Day Away

Stretch The Day Away is a relaxing series of basic stretches that will help you recover and unwind.


Stretching could happen on a chair, standing, or on the floor (or your bed).

Balanced Bodies

Balanced Bodies is a balance based exercise class. We work on improving our balance skills by doing exercises on one foot.


I know that sometimes our balance can be a little "off", so keep a chair nearby for support!


This class is especially needed as we age, because our bodies tend to be more susceptible to falling over time.
